Stephanie Bouldin, MT-BC
As the founder & owner of Songbird Studio, Stephanie is a board-certified music therapist with over 30 years experience in music education, and four years as a music therapist. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Vocal and Instrumental Music Education in 1993 from Northwest Missouri State University. After providing music education to students in school settings for 18 years, and private music instruction for 12 years, Stephanie went on to earn an Equivalency Bachelor's Degree in music therapy from Drury University in 2021.
As a music therapist, she is very passionate about understanding and practicing all of the ways music can change the brain, impact well-being, and the development of her clients. She uses a variety of creative mediums and approaches that are used in clinical sessions to truly meet the client where they are and address their unique needs. Building stronger therapeutic relationships in order to foster an environment that is safe and empowering is at the forefront of her practice. Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings, including geriatrics, adolescent behavioral and mental health, trauma-informed care, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Aubrey Hagedorn, MT-BC
Aubrey Bauman, MT-BC is an independent contractor for Songbird Studio, who provides music therapy services to a group of neurodivergent children. She also works as a music therapist for St. Croix Hospice. Aubrey has been a board-certified music therapist since April 2023. Prior to graduating with her Bachelors of Music Therapy in December 2022, she completed undergraduate coursework at Drury University, and a full-time, six-month music therapy internship at St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center-South Campus.
As a MT-BC, Aubrey has a passion for implementing new ideas into session planning, using music in a variety of ways, and helping each patient/client to feel comfortable and included. Through her experience leading varied clients of all ages, Aubrey utilizes her skills to provide fulfilling music activities for the children's group for improved social skills, motor skills and self-regulation by teaching them songs, demonstrating movement activities, and instrument play.
Wren Williams, MTI
Wren Williams, MTI is currently our music therapy intern. He is a lifelong musician with background experience on a variety of instruments and has been teaching individualized music lessons for two and a half years. With 18 years of music experience and counting, he will be graduating from Drury University in 2026, having earned his Bachelor's degree in music therapy (BMT) with a psychology minor and neurodiversity certificate. Upon board-certification, he will additionally receive a specialized certification in Neurological Music Therapy (NMT). His personal experiences drive a deep passion for services in mental health, neurodiversity and LGBTQ+demographics, emphasizing self-acceptance, confidence, diversity empowerment, and overall emotional well-being.
